Visit the Chrome Web Store and click 'Add to Chrome'. Once installed, click the LoadAssist icon in your browser toolbar to open the extension. You'll need to create an account or sign in to access all features.
LoadAssist currently supports DAT Load Board (one.dat.com). We're working on adding support for additional load boards in future updates.
After signing in, go to your Dashboard and navigate to the Templates section. Click 'Create Template' to add a new email template. You can use placeholders like {origin}, {destination}, and {rate} that will be automatically filled when sending emails.
Yes. We use industry-standard encryption for all data transmission. Your authentication tokens are stored securely using Chrome's built-in storage APIs. We never sell your data or share it with advertisers.
To delete your account and all associated data, please email us at support@loadassist.ai with the subject line 'Account Deletion Request'. We'll process your request within 48 hours.
First, make sure you're on one.dat.com (the DAT One platform). Try refreshing the page. If the issue persists, try disabling and re-enabling the extension in Chrome's extension settings (chrome://extensions).
